A few days ago we had a leak from under the toilet. After contacting a plumber he recommended we call “Top Notch Septic”. Best decision we ever made. Turned out to be a problem in the tank and it needed to be cleaned out. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job. Toilets seemed to work fine. The next day we had another problem , similar to the first. We called the office and surprisingly that afternoon the owner of Top Notch showed up and within a short time figured out exactly what was wrong and had it fixed. What a great company! From the office workers, the cleanup crew and the Owner , every one of them made us feel like family. It’s wonderful to know that in these days and time that there are still people out there that truly care. Thank You Top Notch!

I live in Palm Bay after all the heavy rain my toilets were not flushing and backing up in the showers. I called Top Notch on a Friday at noon. I was able to get a service call before 5:00pm the same day. The truck was able to pump out my septic tank however the line was still blocked. The company Owner Steve then came to my house where he explained all the issues and possibilities where I could understand. Steve C.E.O. Then dug out the clean out drains and used his very expensive line cleaning tool and opened and cleaned out the lines. My pipes are now clean and free of build up. Steve was on the job past 5:00pm to make sure the job was done right! TOP NOTCH SEPTIC is truly TOP NOTCH! Thank you Steve and the Staff of Top Notch for going above and beyond. The busy weekend before Christmas!

Im a property manager and 2 of my properties had a septic overflow at the same time and sewage was returning back into the house(literally, poop water going up the showers, it was gross). I called Top Notch Septic and they were literally at one of my houses within 30 minutes, and did the other house right after. Super fast service when I truly truly needed it, thank you!

We experienced Excellent and timely service for a pump out. They took our phone call very early in the a.m, and they had someone out early the next day. Friendly and helpful customer service both over the phone and with their septic engineer who serviced our tank. Highly recommend this business!

We had to make that dreaded (emergency) call due to our unfortunate circumstances at 7:30 am on a Saturday. The owner himself was at our house by noon and stayed hours doing a thorough job! He was professional and personable! Very satisfied!

My septic wasn't flowing fast enough at 10PM on Christmas night. After using a snake and problem continued I searched for a septic company. Top Notch website said they were open 24/7, I was skeptical but a lady picked up the phone when I called. She assured me she would do her best to have someone out in the morning so I agreed not wanting to pay for emergency services on Christmas at night. Sure enough the owner showed up in the morning and found the filter was partially blocked. He fixed the filtration and sucked out the tank, problem solved quickly at a very reasonable price. I also got an education for future care. Couldn't be more pleased with Top Notch.
